I am definitely here learn more, and I have a feeling the most good things in life like, stamp collecting is a never ending journey with lifetimes of experience.Although, as a set, year or even a complete a country collection, complete, there are milestones to try something new and to lernen.Das is what collecting stamps makes fun - at least for me.

Color shift to New Zealand 1962 Christmas stamp

Although Christmas far away, is it not to stop me from viewing this nice looking ASCII Christmas stamp from New Zealand. As usual, is the top image the normal element that shows the latter image freak (with the red shift).

Lower brand has a very clear shift of red color 1962 new Zealand.Die.

Quite stunning how noticeable such a small (just a few millimeters) can do color shift on design.

Unlisted print stamp diversity in German (Germany)

Lately I have my collection of German stamps and Entomology, was decided not so frequently again to share something with you. This is 110 penny stamp from 1998 series that show German national parliaments. I ' TS a pretty unimpressive looking stamp on the face with some short perfs and machine cancellation. But if you examine more notice plenty bizarre stuff going on. AFAIK, seems this unlisted print variety in Michel.

A close-up of some interesting details... First, take a look of the imprint black year on the bottom of the stamp. It's very clear twice printed. But the rest with black appear normal. So this stamp either doubled black imprint seems to have, or it is a kind of KISS-imprint-freak. But that's not all... Take a look of image below to the face value on the stamp.It seems as if that has the top half of the numbers moves horizontally - for example the NULL in "110? is nowhere round as it his sollte.Und that number one see rather look like letter"t"as number one." Moreover, it seems some sort of Halo around the numbers.

Note the areas highlighted with red arrows.Clearly the year imprint is doubled and the nominal value doesn't look normal at all.

Everyone does have to say what is enough translation tools from German stamps or methods, and how on Earth this born it could the printing process drucken.Gab wrinkles on paper while?Or what happened? how, not bad find of "Box of Junk".
